Sean I just joined your video and was wondering if you could point out some beneficial video for problems i'm having? I've been having some pretty persistent upper back, neck and, shoulder problems. It doesn't bother me much when i'm on my feet. However, sit in a chair for a few hours and everything tenses up. I Went to chiropractor and also massage therapist. Both said my entire right side of my body is tense from neck all the way down to legs. That my muscles are actually pulling my head and neck to the right. And my shoulders burn while i'm sitting in a chair. Could you recommend specific videos that would help these areas?
Did your chiropractor or massage therapist recommend any specific type of exercises or stretches?
Not really. They gave me a few light stretches to do. Maybe some good all around DEEP back, shoulder, and neck stretches would be awesome.
