Sean, in some of your videos you have mentioned that you are a vegetarian. My wife and I are going to attempt the vegetarian lifestyle for a few weeks. I want to continue to exercise and wanted to know how you maintain your weight while eating vegetarian. What's your secret??? Legumes, quinoa...Some ideas would be helpful and most appreciated.
