Hey Sean! I'm confused on how to locate the videos from your newsletter. You have a monthly workout schedule, but how do you go about finding them? Are they in the vault? I subscribe. But am I supposed to find them each individually every day for every month? That will take up alot of time! If you could help me figure out this dilema I would be grateful. I really want to start doing the workout calendars
You may also reverse the order of the workouts and rearrange as you see fit. I enjoy mixing up my workouts constantly and encourage others to do the same :)
Thank you! I have one more question I need your advice on! So I have been doing your workouts for close to 2 months. And I love them. When I started working out I weighed 118. Now I weigh 125!!! I'm not trying to gain weight! I want to get toned and slender. I'm a vegan. I juice all day until dinner, then I eat a small meal. And snack on grapes throughout the night. Why am I gaining weight instead of losing it? Please if you have any ideas I would be grateful! Thank you mazy
