Just joined and I'm a little overwhelmed with all the videos! After doing crossfit for years, my body is calling for a change. I figured your videos would be restorative and challenging at the same time. Can you recommend a program or series that will challenge me and push me over my fitness plateau? I don't know where to start! Thanks a lot :)
Hey Gina, thanks for joining! Nice to have you. I put together a lot of 30-60 day programs where you do a new workout (in order they are listed) each day for as long as the program lasts. They never repeat.
