Sam from Australia here :) I have trouble with pretty much my whole body being totally inflexible. I feel like my body just wants to implode sometimes. The pilates exercises of yours I do are great (have trouble with the yoga ones), but there are usually parts I can not do, and some of them I am not sure how to modify them. For example, downward dog, hamstrings, glutes are tight, and I can't get my arms behind back/shoulders, so I just look like a half moon Or, if I am sitting on my bum lean to touch toes, I am more at an obtuse angle. I can reach forward to touch toes but I am bedding at my upper back when I do it not hips. Sit on ground to cross legs, my knees are way up and I am falling backwards.
Anyway, would love a video that might help with all of this, or point me in the right direction, I am not limited by pain just 99% of me is tight, so I find it hard to focus as I have so much to work on and I worry if I am not using proper form, thus wasting my time.
