I'm on it right now. Finished previous 30 days intermediate to advanced and switched to 30 days warior one. Today did second workout (Power yoga one). That was awesome.
We finally signed up for the vault because it was time for my husband to get serious about burning extra calories. He needs to take off 20 lbs and I really enjoy working out with him and want to stay fit. We are doing the 30 day warrior workout and have not been disappointed. These workouts take it to a whole other level from the ones you offer on Youtube ! I am most grateful that you are working us hard but doing exercises that don't strain the joints. We did the HIIT one yesterday and I was a bit concerned that I would have to modify like crazy but only had to with the jump squats (did calf raises instead). Today my muscles ache but not my joints. Thank you Sean!
You guys are awesome! I'm so excited to have multiple 30 (maybe even 60 day programs) going at any one time. Nothing is repeated so it's like a brand new class every 24 hours.
